A quick and healthy ladoo / Energy ball recipe
Roast the ragi flakes till crispy[without using oil].Do this on low flame as it will burn easily. Once done, transfer onto a tray.
Once it has cooled down, transfer the ragi flakes into a mixie jar and add flax seeds, dates.Pulse a few times.
Transfer into a bowl and add sesame seeds,poppy seeds,chopped nuts [cashew, pistachio,almonds].Give it a mix. Add a little ghee and shape into balls.
Serve / store in an air tight container.
