A delicious onion stuffed paratha
Take the whole wheat flour in a bowl and add salt and mix well.
Add water little by little and knead to a smooth ,non sticky dough.Add oil and knead one more ,cover and keep aside.
Take finely chopped onion and coriander in a bowl. Add red chili powder and a little salt. Put in nigella seeds and mix well.
Take a golf sized ball of dough and flatten it a little. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center and bring the edges together.
Roll out into a 4*-5" diameter circle dusting a little flour. Cook on a hot griddle till brown spots appear on both sides.
Serve with a side of your choice.
