Dates Sesame Ladoo Recipe

A simple 2 ingredient dessert that takes less than 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup White sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Black sesame seeds
  • 10 numbers Pitted dates
  • 1-2 tablespoons Toasted white sesame seeds to roll the ladoos

Instructions

  1. Toast the black and white sesame seeds separately in a pan and keep aside.

  2. Once it cools, pulse it in a mixer in short bursts.Remove from mixer. Now blend chopped dates and remove from mixer .Mix both so that the 2 ingredients blend well.

  3. Pinch out a small potion of the mixture and roll into balls. You can also roll the finished ladoos in toasted white sesame seeds to add a nice crunch to the ladoo.

  4. Serve Immediately or store in an airtight container.
