A creamy and delicious Indian version of Ice cream / Popsicle
Take corn flour in a small bowl and add mix. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Keep aside and mix well before adding to the recipe.
Heat milk in a pan and bring to a boil, simmer and add sugar.Let it reduce a bit.Keep stirring once in a while.
Mix the corn slurry and add to the pan. The milk will start thickening.Stir well. Add nuts.
Mix and remove from heat.Add fresh cream, mango puree and mix well.
Once it cools a bit, transfer to matka / earthen pots[top with more nuts], Popsicle molds, cover and freeze till set.
