Kerala style banana kheer using Nendaran / Nendaram variety banana
Heat ghee in a pan. Add the sliced banana and saute till the color changes. Keep stirring gently so that the banana slices don't stick to the pan.
Once done, Remove from pan and transfer to a mixie jar. Blend with a little milk if needed.
Transfer to the same pan used to saute the banana slices.Saute for a minute and add milk, jaggery powder / karumbu sakkarai . Switch off flame
Serve garnished with ghee roasted nuts.
