Raita prepared with grated raw mango . It can be a snack by itself or can paired with any flavored rice dishes.
Whisk the curd with salt
Add the grated raw mango ,asafoetida powder and mix
Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard and cumin seeds
When it crackles, add green chilies and remove from heat. Pour over the curd mix
Mix well and serve garnishes with coriander leaves, red chili powder, chopped mango bits.
