A delicious and no cook recipe using chia seeds and Jamun fruit
In a bowl, take the coconut milk, chia seeds and honey. Mix well to combine.
Let it sit for min. 4 hours / till the chia gels up well. I left it the fridge overnight.
Scrape off the pulp from the jamun fruit and puree it. Discard the seeds.
Mix one part of the puree to the chia mix and mix well.
Place one portion of the chia jamun mix in a serving glass/ bowl and top it with a little jamun puree and garnish with your choice of nuts / seeds
Repeat for the second portion.
