A cooling and nourishing beverage made with curd and Indian Gooseberry
Remove the seed[and discard] from amla and grind it along with a few curry leaves, green chili to a fine paste adding a little water.
Whist the curd well and add water and salt. Whisk well once more
Add the ground paste to the whisked mixture and mix well to combine.
Pour into a serving glass and serve garnished with a few torn mint leaves and a pinch of roasted cumin powder.
