When the world is talking about boosting your immunity, Amla / Indian gooseberry is one of the most sought after ingredient! In my part of the world, it is selling like hot cakes and to make use of the availability I made this Neelikai more | Amla lassi recipe.

Lassi / Neer more is one of the go to beverages in India. It is made in almost all homes and the ingredients that go into it can vary from herbs to spices and veggies to fruits. There is even a fancy chocolate flavored one!

And there is also the plain salted one that is whisked and served chilled after a meal.No fancy ingredients but tastes so good!

I have used Amla here.I do use it to make flavored rice, pickles etc, but this one is so easy and flavorful and nothing beats the heat like this cooling beverage!

And to add bonus points, this is a no cook dish that is a part of the #30days30dishes challenge on Instagram that I am doing right now with a bunch of foodies.

Amla is rich in Vitamin C and has other health benefits. Curd / yogurt is a probiotic and cools the body in this summer heat.

So, in all, this Nellikai More | Amla Lassi Recipe is the best for this season where you are looking for somthing to boost your immunity as well as beat the summer heat!
