Chinese Style Capsicum Stir Fry Recipe with step by step instructions.

Time keeps flying by and I realise this more when I see this dormant blog! I think my last post was in July last year! Though I have several recipes in the drafts, several things kept me away from posting a new recipe here.

My love for books and book reviews brought in loads of new books. Reading and writing the reviews took a lot of time. Then there is the thing where I decided to go back to Uni and do a little research in the subject I love and that has taken a major chunk of my time. Another year or so, I should be able to be back to blogging as before, fingers crossed!

I usually open the blog everyday just to feel the happiness or the rush in seeing how many people visited my space and just look around the recipes and relive those days. This morning, I wanted to post something and the first thing that came on the drafts was this dish.

This is an easy yet flavorful dish that was prepared quite often in the past and then now, it almost never gets done! Since the break from blogging, haven’t been making anything fancy or new except when we have guests or on special occasions and unlike previous times, I don’t click pics of those dishes.

Anyways, here is a simple Chinese Style Capsicum Stir Fry that will brighten up your meal. It pairs well with Roti or Naan and even a simple fried rice. It can also be served as a salad!

And if you like Chinese style dishes be sure to check out this recipe for Di San Xian – Chinese style Aubergine, Potato and Capsicum curry that is both colorful and delicious! You will be intrigued to know that the name of the dish[Di San Xian] literally means – the three treasures of the earth! Head over to the post to read more.

So, this dish from the drafts is for Blogging Marathon #154, where I am going to be posting recipes of my choice[though there are some very interesting themes!]. As I mentioned before, with several recipes in the drafts, I thought I will restart the blogging journey from something that is already ready.

All the very best for your research. But with selfish interests looking forward to new recipes. This capsicum recipe is simply delicious and easy to make. I always end up with 1/2 the capsicums after I use them in different recipes. This is a wonderful way to finish them. Making some tonight.
