An indian version of creamy popsicle. So good for the summer time.
Take corn flour in a bowl. Add milk and mix to form a slurry without lumps.Keep aside.
Heat milk in a pan and bring to boil. Reduce the flame and add sugar. Keep stirring often so that the milk does not burn.
Once the milk reduces to half its quantity, add the corn slurry after mixing it once more in the cup it was set aside in.
The mixture will thicken after a few minutes. Keep stirring for another 5 minutes.
Add finely chopped nuts, cream. Mix well. Let it cool a bit.
Fill into moulds and freeze till set.
Once ready to be served, remove from freezer and show under running water and remove the kulfi.[ I had set this in a kulfi mould as well as a popsicle mould.]
Serve the creamy malai kulfi immediately.
