A quick to prepare ladoo / energy balls that can be made in less than 10 minutes
Roast the sunflower seeds till it changes color lightly and becomes aromatic.Let it cool for a few minutes
In a blender / mixie jar, take roasted channa dal, roasted sunflower seeds, powdered jaggery and salt.
Powder well
Transfer to a bowl and shape into balls when the mixture is still warm
Serve garnished with finely chopped pistachio
