Jamun Chia Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 no.s Jamun / Java Plums Seeds removed
  • 1 no. Small banana,chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds,soaked in water for 15 minutes
  • 200 ml Fresh thick yogurt
  • A pinch Chia seeds to garnish
  • Honey,if needed

Instructions

  1. In a mixie jar take the jamun fruit and blend well. Remove a tsp of the pulp for garnish and keep aside

  2. Put in the soaked chia seeds, a little of the yogurt,honey,banana and blend well

  3. Transfer this into a bowl,add the remaining yogurt and mix well

  4. Add more yogurt / milk to get the desired consistency

  5. Serve chilled with a bit of chia seeds and jamun pulp for garnish
