Chilli Garlic Noodles Recipe

A quick and easy dinner recipe that will have kids and adults craving for more

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 tsp Black sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Sambar masala optional
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp Oil Divided
  • 1 medium sized Onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles as per the instructions on the pack.Drain and keep aside.

  2. In a bowl, take chilli flakes, black sesame seeds, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped coriander / spring onion greens,res chili powder, Sambar masala[optional, we love this addition].

  3. Heat oil and once it get slightly smokey, pout it over the condiments bowl. It will bubble up and give out a wonderful aroma! Mix carefully and keep aside.Add salt and mix.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and saute till soft.Add julienned carrots and capsicum and cook for a minute.Add soy sauce.

  5. Put in the cooked noodles, the condiments with hot oil and mix in gently. Tasty Chilli Garlic Noodles Recipes is ready!
