Easy Breakfast / Dinner idea using fresh Rice noodles
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard,cumin,channa dal, urad dal , curry leaves and saute till the mustard crackle and the dal turns brown
Put in the curry leaves, red chilli, roasted ground nut and fry for a few seconds
Add the onion and saute till translucent
Put in the rice noodles, salt, and podi and mix everything gently. Keep the flame on low /sim
Remove from pan
Serve hot with a side of your choice.
