Banana Beets Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small Beetroot, peeled and coiled, chopped
  • 2 large Bananas, chopped
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Mixed nuts, seeds of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a mixie jar take the banana and beets.Blend well.

  2. Add a little mix and blend once more till smooth

  3. Transfer into a bowl, add the remaining milk and mix well to combine

  4. Divide this smoothie into 2 bowls and top it up with banana slices and nius, seeds of your choice.

  5. Enjoy the colorful breakfast!
