A healthy and cooling Lassi using Java Plums / Jamun Fruit
Remove the pulp and discard the seed from the Jamun fruit.
In a blender take the pulp, curd, chopped green chili ,salt, and mint leaces.
Blend well till smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and add water to bring it to the required consistency.
Serve chilled with a sprinkle of red chili powder and a mint leaf.
