A quick recipe for a dish using bell pepper / capsicum that livens up your meal
Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onion, chopped garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
Add the sliced capsicum and stir. Sprinkle a little water in between if needed. The capsicum should not turn mushy.
When the capsicum is cooked yet has a crunch to it, add salt, pepper powder and soya sauce.
Cook for a minute and remove from heat. Serve garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
