Eggless Easter Biscuits
A traditional English biscuits that are given as gifts to guests on Easter Sunday.

Ingredients
- 200 grams Basic cookie Dough
- 2 tablespoons Dried Cranberrries chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons Powdered nutmeg
- To sprinkle Powdered sugar
Instructions

Take the cookie dough in a bowl. Add cranberries,nutmeg powder.Mix to incorporate them into the dough.

Roll them out into a 1/4 " sheet and cut using a fluted round cookie cutter.

Transfer them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment sheet.

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Leave them on teh baking sheet for 5 minutes

Then transfer onto a cooling rack. While still hot dust with powdered sugar.
