Sweet Sundal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cowpea / Kaaramani
- 4 teaspoons Powdered Jaggery
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons Grated coconut
Instructions

Dry roast the cowpeas till brown spots appear. Take it in a vessel and add enough water to cook it. Pressure cook it for 4 whistles / till done. It should not get mushy.

Drain and discard the water used to cook it. Transfer to a bowl. While it is still hot, add grated / powdered jaggery , ginger powder and grated coconut.Mix well
