Amba Rasayan | Easy Mango Dessert

A quick and simple vegan dessert that gets done in less than 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chopped mango
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • Jaggery to taste
  • Nuts to garnish Optional

Instructions

  1. Take the coconut milk in a bowl. 

  2. Add jaggery powder, cubed mango. Mix, chill

  3. Serve chilled garnished with nuts of your choice

Recipe Notes

  • You can use regular milk too
  • Use a sweetener of your choice / leave it out if the mangoes are too sweet.
  • Ripe mangoes are best suited for this dish.
  • Mango can be replaced with bananas.
  • Adding nuts is optional.
  • Tastes best when served chilled.
