Cashew Coffee | Vegan Coffee Recipe

A delicious dairy free coffee recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Raw cahewnuts
  • 2 teaspoons Instant coffee powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cane sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews in warm water for half an hour.

  2. Drain and transfer to a mixie jar.Add instant coffee powder and cane sugar,a little water.Blend to a paste.

  3. Add more water to get the desired consistent and blend once more.

  4. Transfer to a glass and serve immediately

Recipe Notes

  • Use chilled water and serve immediately for best results.
  • You can also use water at room temperature and then chill the coffee. Whisk well before serving.
  • You can use any sweetener of your choice.
  • The quantity of Instant coffee powder depends on how strong or light you prefer your coffee.
