Instant Rabri Recipe

A quick method to prepare the luscious Indian dessert in the microwave!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp Badam Milk Mix
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • Chopped nuts, dried rose petals to garnish

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients in a microwave proof vessel and mix well.

  2. Microwave on high in bursts of 2 minutes for 6 minutes, stirring between each cook time.

  3. Remove from the microwave and set in the fridge to cool

  4. Serve garnished with nuts and dried rose petals..

Recipe Notes

  • You can use a few strands of saffron soaked in warm milk, cardamom powder instead of badam milk mix.
