Take curd in a bowl and add grated ginger and salt. Whisk well. Keep aside
Keep the bread slice on a serving plate and using a cookie cutter / lid cut out a cirlce.Remove the side.
Apply a spoon of whisked curd over the bread and top it with some nuts / dry fruits and a bit of coriander leaves
Close with another bread circle and press gently.
Top it up with more curd , covering the sides
Garnish with a sprinkle of red chili powder, chaat masala, grated carrot, coriander / mint leaves, boondi / sev
Tasty no cook bread dahi vada is ready to be served.
