A simple side for briyani and other flavored rice varieties.
Steam or pressure cook the grated cabbage for a couple of minutes.
Cool and squeeze out the water
In a bowl, take the curd and whisk it well with salt.
Add the cabbage and mix.
In a small pan, heat oil and add the mustard, cumin, red chilies, grated ginger,curry leaves and when the mustard pops, pour over the curd mix
Mix and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
