Heat oil for deep frying
Add a handful of the cornflakes once the oil is hot enough and fry them till they turn golden brown.
Remove from oil as soon as they are done else they will turn dark brown / burn
Fry in batches and drain on a kitchen towel.
Keep aside
In the same oil fry the peanuts, roasted channa dal and curry leaves individually
Transfer it to the plate with the fried corn flakes.
Add salt and red chili powder
Mix well
Serve or store in an air-tight container.
