A simple dish of mashed greens with a flavorful seasoning
Take a pan with water and put in the palak greens, geen chilies and garlic.Cover and simmer
Once the geens wilts / is soft, drain and take in a mixie jar
Give it a whirl and transfer to a bowl.
Heat oil in a small pan and mustard and cumin.
When it pops, add ginger , garlic, shallots and saute till light brown.
Pour over the mashed greens, add salt and mix well.
Serve with steamed rice.
