A quick and easy appetizer recipe
Heat oil in a pan
Add onion, garlic, and ginger and saute till onion is translucent
Add the potato and add salt, chilli powder and mix well.
Let it cook for a minute and remove from pan.Allow it to cool a bit
In the mean time, mix the flour with water without any lumps.Keep aside
Heat oil for frying
Take a slice of bread and spread a layer of the potato filling
Using a spoon spread the slurry over it
Generously sprinkle the sesame seeds and pat down with the back of a spoon.
Once the oil is hot, deep fry till the sesame seeds turn a little brown.
Drain and cut into fingers
Serve with chilli sauce, tomato sauce
