Vegan Chocolate Peanut-Butter Popsicle Recipe

A delicious vegan Popsicle with a chocolaty peanut flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Unrefined cane sugar / karumbu sakkarai

Instructions

  1. Take coconut milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter and sweetener in a mixie jar.

  2. Blend well and pour into popsicle molds. Cover and freeze till set. When ready to serve, show the mold under running water and pull out gently.

  3. Chill out with a delicious Vegan Chocolate Peanut-Butter Popsicle!!
