The month comes to an end and I am wrapping up the month with a super delicious Vegan Chocolate Peanut-Butter Popsicle Recipe

It is only the end of February but it feels like the peek of summer here. While in many parts of the world there is still some snow fall, it’s been more than 15 days since we are facing such a harsh hot climate!

So keeping in tune with the ideology to see good things even in the worst of times, the kids announced that it is better to start preparing the pops!! So the Popsicle molds have come out of hibernation and there are two filled ones in the freezer right now.

This delicious Popsicle has been in the drafts for almost a year and I feel its time to post this one!

Last March, I made plenty of Popsicle and many of them are yet to be posted.I will slowly post them one by one.

Coming to this recipe, I used coconut milk and it was so good and the kids lamented that I should have made more of it! And if you want to make a regular popsicle you can use regular milk or any dairy of your choice.

I have used unrefined cane sugar / Karumbu sakkarai in this recipe. You can replace it with any sweetener of your choice.

So I prepared this Popsicle and left it in the freezer and we were in for a pleasant surprise when it was demolded!

It had formed distinct layers that looked so pretty and that too with no effort from our part!!!
