Sometimes the simplest of flavors taste the best and this rice dish is a fitting example for this statement! The day I made this along with the Sai Bhaji, I was so impressed by the taste and how well the two dishes tasted together!
Lil Angel who had a portion of this rice with the Sai Bhaji ,as an after school meal, found it to be very ‘yummy’ and finished off her portion without a word! Now that speaks volumes of the dish right!
Bhuga chawara means onion rice and it is so simple yet full of flavor and you are sure to be surprised to see it disappear as quickly as it got done!
