Love vegetable dosai. Given that pumpkin are abundant now, this is a perfect share.
I have made parangikkai adai, but not tried the dosai. Love the color of the dosai. Great recipe PJ.
Interesting recipe. Does the pumpkin impart any sweetness to the dosa?
No Jeyashree, it does not impart sweetness to the dish. Actually we could not even feel the hint of the veggie in the dosa!!
Interesting addition of pumpkin, PJ. My MIL uses the ash gourd in dosas.
You know Its quite funny that whenever we bring pumpkin, I have to make puris with it as no one in my family eats pumpkin otherwise. That is the reason I have stopped bringing pumpkin. I should certainly try this dosa to have another dish with pumpkin, but my dosas are not good. That’s why when we met for BM meet, I wanted to learn dosa from you all experts from South. Next time, I’m going to force Valli to hold a dosa making session ๐
