From this academic year, I have started packing more of the rice dishes in the kids lunch box.Last year it used to be more of tiffin items like poori / chapathi and the likes.
This year Lil dude is a little grown up and has now okay-ed rice for lunch! Yay to that!!
Also we [the kids and I] have decided to stop taking biscuits and other packaged products and include more of healthy stuffs in the snack box.
So you can see more of sundal varieties in their snack box these days. One of the favorite is the sweet corn sundal.
For today’s lunch box series, I have paired this sundal with coconut rice.
