This is one of Lil Angel’s favorite lunch box dish.Apart from rice, she also likes this chapathi. It is very easy to prepare when you are rush in the morning to get the lil one ready and pack the lunch while doing loads of other works as well.
This tastes great on its own but also goes well with a simple dhal.
You need:
Whole wheat flour- 1 cup
Salt to taste
Amul Cheese Cubes- 2 , grated
Chaat masala – to taste
1.In a bowl, combine flour and salt and knead to a smooth dough.
2.Mix the cheese and chaat masala
3.Pinch a small piece of the dough and roll out. Place the cheese filling in the center.
4.Bring the sides together and flatten it.
5. Roll it out into small chapathis
6.Cook on a heated griddle till brown spots appear on the side in contact with the griddle.
7.Flip it over and cook till the other side has brown spots.Drizzle a little ghee / oil if needed.
Bon Appetit…

Forget kids, I think adults will love the cheese stuffed parathas even more! Such a win-win dish, who can resist it? ๐
Hey just asking…can we add cheese slices along with oregano into the parantha as well? Your recipe is also kinda awesome….. Thanks for that!

Yes! You can chop the cheese into small pieces and use in the similar way.
