Sprouts are excellent sources of nutrients and I have used Sprouted moong here in this sundal recipe.

This sundal was also a part of the kids snack box. Since I have never packed [or made ]this one before, I was not sure how they would accept it. But luckily, they did not find anything unusual and casually remarked that their box was empty!

The whole of this week and last week was different sundal varieties in their snack box. Partly [actually more than partly] because I wanted to avoid giving too much biscuits and such and the other being, I have been making many varieties to post for navrathri and so I wanted to finish off two jobs in one run!
