A recent hit with the kiddo is the Overnight Oat recipe! And she is willing to have this not only on holidays but even on school days. Thus was born this Mango Overnight Oats Recipe.
The kids are not very keen to have breakfast on school days as they are rushing through in the morning and I have make something that is quick for them to finish off and it has to be something that is quick to prepare as well!
During the holidays Lil Angel fell in love with over night Oats and with Mangoes still in season, she wanted one with her favorite fruit as well. Plus she was dying to eat it for breakfast!
I made this yesterday and today morning she was so eager to have breakfast which is a rare sight! Lil dude is not so brave when it comes to trying out such dishes and he preferred his usual stuff!
The main advantage of the over night oats dishes is that I can make it the night before [obviously, as the name suggests!!!] and the kiddo can help herself the next morning and it she even tells me what flavors / add-ons she wants! And one work less for me in the morning!
