There are many who wonder why anyone would go to the extent of making a smoothie out of a fruit rather than savoring it as is with a pinch of salt! But a food blogger will definitely understand that a Jamun Fruit | Nagapalam Smoothie Recipe is worth more for the blog than eating the fruit as is,right!

This Jamun Fruit | Nagapalam Smoothie Recipe is a very simple dish to make and it is one of the best ways to beat the summer heat.
This smoothie is for BM #93, Week 1, Day 2 with the theme 1 ingredient 3 dishes.
Here is how to prepare Jamun Fruit | Nagapalam Smoothie Recipe
I used :
Jamun fruit, desseded and chopped – 1/4 cup
Chilled Thick fresh yogurt – 11/2 cup
Chilled Milk-1/2 cup
Jaggery / Honey to taste
- Take all the ingredients in a mixie jar
- Blend till frothy.
- Serve immediately.
Note:
- Use ripe fruits
- If you feel it is thick, add more milk / curd
- Add any sweetener of your choice.
A healthy way to get kids enjoy this delicious summer fruit!
- 1/4 cup Deseeded & Chopped Jamun fruit
- 11/2 cups Chilled Fresh , Thick Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Chilled Milk

Very interesting recipe, PJ. I have ever only eaten this fruit grudgingly as a child. I don’t remember eating this all too often 🙂 If I can lay my hands on this fruit I shall try out all the recipes in this series.
