Eggless Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cupcakes Recipe is the one to go to when you need a double dose of chocolaty goodness.The kids will go crazy when they see such a decadent cupcake!
I added a whole lot of chocolate chips into the batter and added some flavored chocolate chips on top. You can use what ever is available. Also I have added cocoa powder at the end. I had made one master batter to be used in 3 different recipes so the cocoa powder and chocolate chips after removing the plain batter .
These simple cupcakes will brighten up a party/get together and wills surely be a hit with the kids and adults alike.
Step by step method to prepare Chocolate chocolate chip Cupcake
Sift whole wheat flour and keep aside. In another bowl, take yogurt and sugar. Whisk till sugar dissolves.
Add baking powder, baking soda and mix. After a few minutes, it will turn frothy.
Add oil and mix. Slowly add the sifted flour little by little and make a lump free batter.Add choco chips, cocoa powder and mix to combine but do not over mix.
Line a muffin tray and fill fill each one upt 3/4th and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top,Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree C for 15 minutes or till a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling rack.
Chocolaty chocolate chocolate chip cupcakes are ready to be served.
Note:
- This can also be baked in a pan .
- I used half the quantity of batter prepared from the above mentionedย measurements and got 9 regular sized cupcakes.
- 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Yogurt
