The final gravy dish with paneer for this week’s blogging marathon is this Quick paneer gravy recipe.

This gravy has marinated paneer pieces in a tomato based gravy. You can marinate this ahead and refrigerate and use it within a day or two.

I drew inspiration for this marinade from my Vietnamese Sweet and sour tofu recipe.

This Quick paneer gravy comes as a blessing when you need a quick side for roti. The paneer chunks are so flavorful and will surely please everyone’s taste buds.

If you don’t have time to marinade the paneer chunks, just add them as such. It will be equally tasty.

The picture is not as good as I want it to be but please don’t judge a dish by the click. Cook and relish it and I am sure you will love it!

This gravy is for Blogging Marathon #101, where I have chosen the theme – One ingredient three dishes, for Week 1,where I will be showcasing 3 gravies with Paneer!

I like the different marination to this paneer gravy. It is like you have made an Indo-chinese by marinating the paneer with soy sauce. Looks yum and delicious.
