This awesomely delicious Potato Mint Raita recipe has become our new favorite!
These days I am preparing a one pot rice dish at least twice a week and to go with that I prepare some kind of raita.
If you look through the blog you will find 50 Raita Recipes and that will tell you how much we love raitas with our meal.
Since I am also doing Blogging Marathon #112, Week 3 with the theme – Raitas , I thought I will try out some new varieties to post for this theme. And the result was this super delicious Potato Mint Raita.
The best part of this raita is the deep fried and crunchy potato bits that take the raita to the next level. Now I am sure you will agree with me that this is one of the best raita recipes!!
And the worst part is staying away from the fried potato bits! Yes, I couldn’t keep my hands off the plate of fried potato! And when the kids saw it, their joy knew no bounds! So we ate the plateful and then made it all over again to add to the raita! It is indeed so addictive!
