When I got the Rose Apples, I knew I had to make Rose Apple Raita and later Jayashree mentioned apickle recipe in the comment section of the Mystery post. I searched for the recipe and found one in Nag’s Blog.
The pickle is very tasty especially after a day or two.It tastes exactly like gooseberry pickle.
So when I was planning on Cooking with kitchen electric appliances,as the themes for Week 2 in the 24th edition of blogging Marathon,I thought I will use the induction stove top/ Induction cook top. When there is power supply I prefer to use it for cooking as the cooking gets done faster.
For this easy and simple pickle I used:

Salt to taste.
1. Chop the rose apples into small pieces.

5.After a couple of minutes, add turmeric powder, chilli powder and curry leaves.Mix well to combine..
