The best and the quickest way to feed kids is to prepare smoothies. And if it has chocolate in it, then its gone in a wink!!
So, for the fianl day of week 2 in BM, with the theme, cooking with colors, I chose white. Srivalli mentioned in the BM announcement that the color of the ingredient is what matters and not the color of the final dish. So after a pretty pink, fabulous yellow, I have a white ingredient today.
This dish is inspireed from Pavani’s blog.I have been paired with her for this month’s edition of Taste and Create., I thought I will make this from her blog that caters to both the events [BM and Taste and Create].
I used:
Adapted from –Cook’s Hideout
Frozen bananas – 2
Milk – 2 cups
Cocoa powder – 2 teaspoons
Honey to taste
Cinnamon powder- a pinch
Choco chips to garnish
Blend all the ingredients [except the choco chips] till smooth.Serve immediately garnished with dark and white choco chips.
Absolutely delicious!!!!
Note :
- The original recipe uses soy milk but I used the regular milk.
After a long, long time, I am submitting this recipe for taste and create as soon as the list is out!!!
Each month,it is fun creating dishes for Taste and Create …Would you like to join ?Just email Min @ cowgirlmin07@gmail.com with your name, blog name and a link to your blog to sign up.Hope to see you in the next edition of Taste and Create….
