I had bookmarked several recipes from Sandhya’s blog. But somehow I was not able to make the elaborate ones and hence I settled on this smoothie!Out of the two apples that were in the fruit basket, I used one here and with all the add on’s this was a very flavorful smoothie.
So, this is my dish for Blogging Marathon, Week 4, Day 3, Special Theme- Cooking from a partner’s blog.
I used:
Source – My cooking Journey
Apple-1 small,peeled , cored and cubed
Milk- 1 cup
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence- 1/4 teaspoon
Cardamom powder- a pinch
Honey -2 teaspoons
Blend all the ingredients and serve immediately.I garnished this with a little boost and a few tutti frutti
Note :
- Adjust the quantity of honey to suit your taste.
