Raita is the best side for a spicy pulao.But Lil Angel and me love to eat it as a snack. I try to make new varities of raita with everything from fruits, veggies and even crispies. This is one raita that is missing in the list on my blog and so here it is now.Check out the other raita recipes here….


It is a very simple dish and here is my version…

 Whisk curd / yogurt with salt to taste . Add a pod of minced garlic , finely chopped tomato and onion ,mix well and serve chilled garnished with coriander leaves.

 

This was the side served with Pakistani style Channa Pulao..
