This Ragi Flakes Chivda Recipe is a snack that you can much on without felling guilty of over indulgence!!!

As a food blogger, whenever I see some new ingredient in any of the store that I visit, I pick it up without a second thought. I browse through the shelves looking for such ingredients! It is always a pleasure doing grocery shopping, right!

Long back, I wanted to do a snack bar recipe and thought  I will make one with the ragi flakes that I had picked up the precious day.

But much to my disappointment, the recipe was a disaster!Instead of turning into bars, it crumbled! So I used to eat a teaspoon or so everyday to finish it off as I did not have the heart to throw it out as it has some healthy and expensive ingredients in there!

Luckily, I had made just a small batch and hence finished it off soon. But the remaining half of ragi flakes sat on the shelf till I saw Priya’s chivda recipe.

I was so happy to make use of the flakes in a dish that all of us enjoyed! It makes use of very less oil and is an ideal snack to much with tea / coffee / take with you on a trip / pack in the kids snack box.
