Buckwheat [Kuttu] Flour Murukku is a vegan and gluten-free snack and one of the tasty ways to add this flour to our diet

After the sweets of India, this week we are starting snacks from the state of our choice. I have chosen Tamil Nadu and will be showcasing snacks from this state.

Murukku is a snack that is popular not only in Tamilnadu but in other parts of India as well. This crunchy snack is everyone’s favorite and even adults like to munch on these.

Typically, murukku is made with rice flour, and urad dal flour but for a change, I have used Buckwheat flour in this recipe.

Check out the other murukku varieties I posted earlier.
