Tangy and Spicy Garlic Chutney

I used:
Garlic cloves-20
Red chillies-8 numbers
Tamarind paste 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil- 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
- Heat a little sesame oil in a pan and saute garlic,red chilles till the garlic turns brown.
- Cool and grind with tamarind paste , salt, remaining sesame oil to a paste.Add little water if required.The chutney should not be too smooth.
- Remove to a serving dish and serve as a side dish with dosa / idli.
We had it with Instant Kambu-Oats Dosa
