This is, once again , a very easy potato salad recipe from the Dominican Republic. Apart from the time needed to cook the potato, this takes hardly a minute to prepare!Tastes best when served chilled!
This salad was a part of the meal that I showcased for the Dominican Republic, which is a part of the 30 day culinary tour across the globe .Along with this was served Arroz Blanco.[White rice and Habichuelas Guisadas [Stewed beans]
I used:

Potato with yogurt ressembles very much like our raita na, delicious.
salad looks so yummy .
Nice looking salad.
Marinade sounds very inviting..will have to try it sometime..
so much to learn… very similar to raita except for the mayo part… good one..
Another quick and easy salad. Potato salad is inviting looks like dahi vada though the dressing is similar to raitha dressing.
Creamy & delicious potato salad.
despite eating Dominican food my whole life this is totally new to me as yogurt is not a commonly used ingredient in Dominican cuisine. The more common Dominican potato salad I am used to having is usually made with beets
