We have come to the very tricky alphabet today in the A-Z flatbread series. The choice of words are Quinoa and Qeema. As I had a little bit of Quinoa left, I decided to make this Quinoa Roti Wrap Recipe
First I was planning to make Roti with Quinoa flour. Then I thought of making cooked quinoa stuffing but I already have so many stuffed flatbread recipes and wanted a change in between.
So I made a sort of Quinoa upma and used it as a filling and used a Roti as a wrap. I have hit two mangoes with a stone with this recipe and I used that Roti as a wrap for today’s post.Smart me , right!!

Q sure is a tricky alphabet , it has limited options to choose from . Quinoa is a great option and that stuffing looks so so good . Stuffing it in a Ragi Roti you not only killed two birds at a go , but also made it super duper nutritious . Good job PJ !
