Ever since I found Buckwheat flour in a store near my place, I have been trying out various recipes with it.

Today morning when I was wondering what to prepare for today’s post, I started to rummage the fridge for inspiration and I found a small unopened pack of buckwheat flour and my joy knew no bounds!
So here is this quick and nutritious Kuttu Ka Dosa recipe that the picky lil eater of the family relished!!!
Let’s see how to prepare this easy Kuttu Ka Dosa|Buckwheat Flour Dosa Recipe
An instant and nutritious dosa using buckwheat flour.
- 1 cup Buckwheat flour
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped Onions
- A handful Chopped Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste

Take buckwheat flour and salt in a bowl and mix well.

Add buttermilk and whisk well so that there are no lumps.Add more water if needed. It should be a little thinner that the regular dosa batter.

Put in the onion, coriander leaves.Mix

Pour a ladle full of batter in a heated griddle and make dosas.

Flip and cook on the other side too.

Serve hot with a side of your choice
- Mix before making each dosa so that the flour does not settle to the bottom
- You can skip onions and coriander too.
